Stopped into grab some breakfast and a coffee on the way to work. The newest member of the staff was running the register and seemed to be completely confused. No other staff members offered to jump in and help, instead chatting while they appeared to be busy although I was the only person in the store... but somehow there were a lot of drinks to be made. Cashier miswrung my order and left an item off. I paid for my order and waited for my items. Obviously there was something missing and I continued to stand at the pickup station for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. They never did. They continued to chat as they again made coffee drinks for no one in particular. I can't let this go. I tried calling but their line is constantly busy. I know it's hard to get good help these days but at the end of the day if your baristas are only going to stand around chatting instead of taking care of customer's needs just close the d***** store.

This is my go-to Starbucks, since I live nearby. The baristas are very friendly, and helpful. The patio is very pleasant to just sit and watch the world go by. Since there's no drive-thru at this location I often find that they still have Impossible Breakfast sandwiches in stock in the afternoons - I love it when I find one of those sandwiches in the afternoon! This location is also very conveniently adjacent to other businesses in the intersection, as well.

This store posted an announcement that due to unforseen circumstance, the store would be closing at 12:30 today instead of normal business hours. Understandable. Life happens. But it is currently 11:12 and there doors are locked with no staff. More unforseen circumstances or bad customer service/communication?
