Monday was the first time I visited this store. Because the Pomona Staples that was near me moved to La Verne, I have always gone to that store. However, the Upland one has the office furniture, and I needed a new chair. With help from sales person Lori, I found a new chair, and after I changed my mind about being able to pick it up and take it home myself, she and her son delivered it to my home in Claremont. Sorry, LaVerne, I’ll be taking my business to Upland from now on.

Before I went to the store I called and asked would they price the Amazon prime sale for a fire stick @ $14.99. she said yes if it's packed and shipped by Amazon. I asked again, again the lady over the phone said YES. I asked how may did they have and was there a limit to buy. She said they only had three left. I went to the store asked for 2 fire stick. The lady rang them up I told her they where $14.99 on line. I showed her the Amazon site. Then she told me they are not price matching. We asked for manager who never came. I'm not going back and I would always buy stuff from them. I'll take a farther drive.
