They were very rude. I brought in my daughter for a blood test. I wanted to sit next to her while we waited because she was scared. I moved a chair to sit next to my daughter. The receptionist told me that I couldn't do that and they could not draw my daughter's blood unless I put the chair back. I said I would put the chair back after we were called and she refused to honor our appointment. Eventually the man in the back called my daughter because the receptionist refused.

All I can say is wow!! This made getting my blood work done so easy. The staff were super amazing, I highly recommend this place. Appointments are strongly encouraged!!!

Makes sense how this place is two stars and I wish I had read the reviews. The front lady was rude. However a nice lady called me back to say she could get me in before her next appt but I declined. The rude receptionist ruined it for me and I was starving and irritated by then...my doctors office was part to blame as well. Scheduled an appt at another facility in a week. Fingers crossed for that experience.

Best lab experience today. Reception was quick, courteous and friendly. My lab tech, Gigi, was excellent! I asked to have blood drawn from my forearm instead of my antecubital vein (front of elbow). She was gentle and quick. I didn't feel the needle go in and she stabilized it perfectly as she changed the blood collection tubes. The place was spotless.
