The pool facilities reminds me of being in a third world country- where the sanitation is lacking. It is in desperate need of a remodel. It has an unclean smell that doesn't go away and just a gross sense of surroundings. The pool is very small for laps. It's outside environment is pleasant. I prefer other locations to swim.

New management is terrible. She is frightened the kids and doesn't give any space to them to enjoy after practice. She has no idea how to deal with kids and doesn't know anything about swim team. Kids are afraid of her. This is community pool and management is terrible. City of berkeley should do something about it. Parents are not happy.

Nice convenient place for swimmers. Beautiful place to swim surrounded by beautiful trees. Changing rooms are old. Small pool area for kid but that's it.

I like that it's close to my house and that the staff are friendly and helpful. However, the facilities are limited: no lockers in the locker room and it's not the nicest pool.
