Something I don't understand is that every time I go to a Chinese supermarket, I'll have to deal with nasty customer service. This cashier lady (whose name is on the receipt) did not greet us or make any eye contact when we walked to her till, she simply pointed to a piece of paper with her eyes looking down. No explanation. I didn't say anything although a bit confused. After she scanned all our items and violently threw them on the other side of the counter (some smashed on my hand), my aunt politely asked if we can use our membership card. Then all in sudden it seemed like something triggered her and she started acting all irritated and impatient, shouting at us in mandarin "why didn't you say anything before I scanned? Why didn't you make a sound when I asked you?" we were speechless... just shocked. Her voice was sharp and loud, for a moment everyone in the queue was looking at her, but she didn't seem bothered so I would assume that wasn't her first time. I said "when did you ask us?" but no answer. She completely ignored us after she's done with her yelling, silently finished her operation on the laptop and put the receipt on the counter, no eye contact or communication whatsoever. We were debating if we should talk to her manager, but we were running out of time. I decided to write this review after I got back home. So look. I might be young (this lady looked like she might be at my grandma's age), but I had worked in customer service before and I know how it is. You might be tired and frustrated after working a long day and you might have to deal with some unreasonable customers, but that is not the reason to treat people like sh*t. If you can't be friendly and cordial, or in this case at least polite, don't bother working in customer service. This is not a job for you. You are simply wasting the last few years of your life and bringing bad reputations to your workplace.

Pro: good variety of vegetable and fruit, clean restrooms, and the way store is organized. Cons: cashiers are not nice enough-seems like that they don't understand that they're the face of the market. They think their job is only scanning the items and letting the customers pay. No, they are the passage where the company communicates with their customers. Either they don't receive good training, or the company is mot treating them well.

When we went there were many employees available and ready to help you look for items. I wish I got the name of the man that helped us find rice paper and the beef chuck roll steak. The cashier was so friendly and told us about the rewards program 😊 Such a good store and awesome customer service!

I believe they do-they are very friendly and helpful there to answer your questions by phone or text.
Yes!!!!
Must wear a face mask. Must try to maintain 6 ft distance at all times.
I didn't see any. But also, I was only looking for 떡볶이 sauce and a few other things. I don't think they would though.
Yes

Hi Sandra 😊 Unfortunately, your question is a bit tricky to answer. They only have lobster tails when Lobster is in season and if the lobster tails are good quality, so you will actually have to call them. Also, the price of seafood is never consistent, it goes by market value. So, one day lobster tails may be $12 a pound and the next day they may be $20 a pound (you probably already know that, but I'm including this info in case other people are not aware). I only know this information because I had the exact same question about 4 months ago and I went in and spoke with the seafood manager in person and this is everything that he told me. I'm sorry I can't give you the exact information that you are looking for but I hope it helps at least a little. 😊 Good luck and happy eating!
Yes
I'm no expert but I'd look at the Korean offerings. Nonshim is usually reliable.
Not sure they have it. I'd try vallaria at about $6-7
They have an entire aisle dedicated to ramen so maybe? They have those popular fire ones though
We've bought live catfish there
