If you have been calling the office to request information on your box, you should be aware that the Mexican customs was closed for 3 weeks because there was a change of administration. If you have sent us before you know that at least shipments take 4 to 6 weeks. Unfortunately this situation was out of our hands and did cause a delay of 3-4 additional weeks to deliver the packages. We know it is an inconvenience but we are working to bring delivery times back to normal.
