Samantha is a gem of a real estate agent!! As first time home buyers in this very competitive market, my husband and I feel so lucky to have worked with Samantha. She made the home buying process an enjoyable and stress free experience for us. She is kind, honest, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. She was always available to answer all of our questions and concerns and seamlessly coordinated all inspections during escrow. Samantha made sure to put our needs first, advocated for us when needed, and was a calming presence when things felt stressful or overwhelming. She helped us find our dream home within the first month of working together. The sellers’ agent told us that Samantha’s professionalism was the reason why our offer was accepted amongst several other offers they received! We cannot imagine going through this process with anyone else but Samantha. She is an AMAZING and one of a kind agent. We cannot recommend her enough!

The Noel Team is always a pleasure to work with. We have used Sherri and Team on multiple transactions. This latest transaction in the Pacific Palisades was very emotional and Sherri lead us to the finish line. We took all her advice and she absolutely 100% knows how to best market a home. Her eye for design is superb along with her business acumen and ability to negotiate on our behalf. Thank you to the entire Noel Team for helping us sell our families home. -Eve Baskin

Jeni is a gem! Sold our house, over the asking price in a record 5 days! Proactive and highly motivated. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Detailed all parties information and responses during open houses and followed up all leads. Smooth selling process without any hiccup. Completed escrow in record time. Will recommend her professional services anytime.

Sherri Noel and her team were a pleasure to work with - all we had to do was get out of their way and take their advice. We've now had two very successful experiences with Sherri - she sold our first condo in 2017 and we just worked with her again for our second townhouse sale in 2022 (both in Santa Monica). We hope to never move again but we would choose Sherri and her lovely team every time!

Thanks for your question SC. While we know there are always uncertainties around the market, we advise our clients to make a decision to buy or sell as much for reasons specific to their lives as for "timing the market." In the end, buying or selling a home is a very important financial decision but trying to time things perfectly can sometimes lead to buyers being priced out or sellers not getting full value. So the answer is; timing matters but a persons or family's situation matters more. Hope that helps!
Hey Matt, after quite a dynamic 2021, next year is looking quite promising for the real estate market in Los Angeles. We don't have a crystal ball of course but interest rates appear to remain low for next year even with modest increases that are estimated to be coming in the 2nd half of 2022. In the meantime there remains limited inventory and many buyers looking to either downsize or purchase something larger as more and more people work from home.
Hi Nathan, thanks for your question. As one of the top teams in Los Angeles, we specialize in selling homes on the Westside. We primarily sell between the Pacific Palisades and Venice, but we’ve also sold homes as far north as Ojai and even Solvang. Our marketing is really what matters - people love how we present their homes no matter where they’re located. So wherever you live, reach out! We’re here to help you.
Hi Christopher – Great to hear from you. We do not think inventory has created a micro bubble of overvalued homes. The west side is such a desirable area and the demand has been consistently high. However, it is predominately a sellers market right now and we know over time buyers will start to have more leverage as market conditions change. There are pocket areas further south of the westside such as Torrance and Gardena and further east of pico and La Cienega that have some great options that I believe will appreciate over time. Let’s setup a time to discuss further and see how we may be able to help you! Great question.
Hi Chad – We work with both buyers and sellers. That is so exciting you are looking to relocate from Nashville. We cover all of the Westside area. Look forward to learning more about what you are looking for and discussing specific areas you are interested in!
hey bradley, now is a great time to buy a home. while the market continues to be strong and looks like it will be for the foreseeable future, we also advise clients not to try and time the market but make decisions that are best for them and their families. Most folks live in their home for a while so if you're one of those people we're confident your home will appreciate over time. thanks for the question!
Hey Sameer! Thanks for the question. We remain bullish on the real estate marketing going into next year and beyond. While interest rates may rise slightly in the second half of 2022; monetary policy will remain accomodative, inventory is low, and buyers are either downsizing or buying larger properties if their work keeps them home more. It'll be a dynamic year but i think buying a home is one of the best long term investments you can make; so committing to buying next year is a good step. we're here to help you when you're ready!
hey Scott, thanks for the thoughtful question. If you look at inflation and interest rates independent from other economic data one could make the argument that both could soften the real estate market going into next year. However, counter balancing those economic indicators with a very strong and growing economy, hopefully putting covid in our rearview mirror, a well financed consumer partially funded by government stimulus, demand not keeping up with supply around homes and construction, and general tailwinds around the economy in general should all mitigate nominal interest rate increases and what we hope is transitory inflation. In short, there are always levers pushing and pulling markets, real estate, the stock market, etc. but we think 2022 is shaping up to be a great year for home buyers/sellers, investors, the consumer, and employment. Hope that answers your question!
Great question! Have you ever looked at a pair of shoes online and then they follow you around the Internet? That’s what we do for your home. We use both Adwerx listing ads and Google Display ads to create awareness with prospective buyers in your zip code. Adwerx targets custom audiences on social networks and all over the Internet. Your property’s listing ad goes where people spend their time online, including Facebook and hundreds of other top websites. Adwerx looks for people browsing real-estate related sites and shows them your listing - even once they’ve left those sites. Additionally, Google Display Network targeting allows us to set where or when your property's ad is shown based on features of your ideal audience, such as their personal interests or age. This means your ad will show up to users who match the specific criteria that we’ve specified. And of course, we advertise your property across all of our social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin & Twitter.
Hi John, a list of all our property videos can be found on our website and youtube page.
