I have never come across a company so unorganized and so unprofessional. I was locked out of my car after picking up food for my mother and I called key me to help because they were the closest locksmith available. The phone operator was extremely short and rude, clearly not relaying my message with a sense of urgency. I’m also 8 months pregnant, so this stressed me out even more than locking my keys in the car. The tech took 30 minutes to call us with an eta when they said it would be “just a few minutes”. That eta was completely wrong and an hour later, I call the tech to ask where he was and he insisted he was “right around the corner”. 30 more minutes pass and he finally shows up. $175 to unlock my car after two hours and a bunch of lies? I think no. Corporate will also be hearing from me. But I just needed to tell the rest of the world about this first. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!

We decided not to take the service due to the price and they called me repeatedly and then when I said I would file harassment charges the guy Kenny hung up on me - would not recommend. Hopefully they won’t call anymore 🙄
