We were there Friday night (6/3 @ 9pm ish) the male employee I found to be very rude, when my husband tried to explain why I was ordering sitting down he literally accused me of being a hypochondriac, and yes he used that exact word. Now I have a birth defect in my Aortic Valve that has gotten to the point where I have to have Open Heart Surgery, and for him to accuse me of faking made me feel very upset I was about to break into tears. I will not be returning to this Subway location as long as this person is still employed, or until he issues an apology.

Worst subway ever, there is a large bald guy that works some days and he is rude won't just listen and make a sandwich he literally refused to make me a sandwich because I have never seen block ham on a club sandwich. And he constantly speaks about unprofessional things at the counter won't be returning.

I love how ppl say someone is lounging around in the back or dodging customers or being lazy or avoiding helping customers. Have u ever thought that maybe just maybe they could be doing prep or making bread so they don't run out of things? This is a very busy location and so there are times we can not leave the line. So one person has to help the customers while the other person stays on top of prep and bread when we get a lil slower so we don't run out of things. We do our best here and I think we do a pretty good job especially with how busy this store gets,and the customers here feeling they should do and act however they please and being so rude about things. Check it out ok we are very short staffed and the staff we do have most are fairly new give us a break and cut us some slack we are doing our best. We try and please everyone and go out of our way for our customers. So please understand we are not ducking and dodging in the back we are trying to get caught up on things for u guys😁
