I gave 2 stars due to a particular staff member was upfront by the register coughing in her hands and around the food area. Didn't even bother to sanitize her hands or at least move. Instead she kept taking orders and grabbing bags. I had to tell her that we are still getting positive people with COVID and flu... Long story short, the manager did nothing so I left. Don't think I'll be back here ever.

🌟 ⭐ 💫 🌟 ⭐ 5 star Me and my husband went to a different popular chicken place this night and they were out of everything we wanted and the chicken looked very old so at about 9:30 pmish we decided o head over to Popeyes and give them a try. Even tho it was late, Popeyes was open and all the employees had welcoming smiles. They were patient and made us feel welcomed and comfortable taking our time to order. I got 2 strip meals with Coleslaw and mashed potatoes with gravy for me and my son. And I love how they put the gravy for the mashed potatoes on the side, sometimes I just want the potatoes and my son and husband get the gravy. My husband got a breast meal, had to pay extra for the meal to have all breast but that was expected. The food was super hot and fresh. I ordered a side of biscuits because I forgot. They gave us all the condiments we requested including butter and honey! We received our order VERY fast and the whole order was correct! I Forgot to get pics because the food was so delicious I ate it before thinking of taking a pic. Will be back for sure oh and the strawberry pie thing is absolutely FIRE!! I ate mine as soon as we left and I wanted to go back for 10 more! Highly recommended for a late night FRESH chicken trip decent price and excellent service!

Staff was friendly. I enjoy their chicken sandwiches with no pickles. Experience was good. I gave it 4 stars just because of some food I didn't enjoy. Their new cheesecake pies were not something I'd try again. But chicken is a go!!

Last two times we visited this location they were out of quite a few items including chicken! How do you run a chicken restaurant and run out of the very item you specialize in? They better hope Chick-fil-A never comes up with a Louisiana recipe or it might be game over for Popeyes.
