ZERO STARS. Another complaint against the senior female employee that sits near the left wall. Visited at around 4 pm on 5-2-22 and was berated, talked down to and was not helped out. You can hear her disrespect, demean and not service every person who walks in that simply wants to get something shipped. At any other company they would have already written her up, gave multiple warnings and fired them for their unprofessional attitude and unwillingness to do their job properly. Will never come back and will go to a competing business up the street for my shipping needs.

Me.Keyes who’s a Cashier has The most Rude and obnoxious attitude towards customers that walk in to do business with the Postal Service I’ve come to this location on several occasions and every time I come she’s always either getting smart with a customer or has a rude obnoxious Attitude Not A Welcoming helping Personality it’s Sad They Will Reprimand her for her poor customer service out of 10 people she’s Rude least eight I’ve seen it for my own self She think she owns the US Postal Service it’s sad that her attitude is so bad I rather do business with UPS I’m telling all my customers in that area because I do have a business in that area do not go to that post office I deal with that old grumpy lady

I was there today and one of their employees was very sick handling packages 📦 with this COVID going on NOBODY should be going to work it don't matter if they are negative on their results. It really was unsanitary she was coughing sneezing and drinking water couldn't hear what she was saying because of how sick she was very disappointed! Tried to call their office and its just a recorder.

I was here just as it was about to close. The two ladies were personable and patient. Despite the customers that where unprepared and holding up the rest of us. Ms Keyes was really nice. She came out to the line and asked each customer how could she assist them with their shipping needs today. Then she went back behind the counter and helped out the other lady. I forgot her name but she had a lady that didn’t know how to address her package and she was frustrated. It’s not the Post offices fault you don’t know what to do. She explained it to her more then once. Overall the service was good. I just recommend you not go unprepared at closing time.
