The room could have used a few minor updates. But overall, it's a quality hotel. Very good value, especially for the Chicago area. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. And the room was very spacious. Great option for a large family / group.

Heavily used hotel and you notice from the dingy elevator to the old appliances in the rooms and their motors. Robotic staff, black out curtains that let light into the room,and the ability to hear those upstairs your room were all disappointments. Bed was fair with good location.

This is a good location near the highways and restaurants in The Glen. Beds are very comfortable and the room is nice and quiet at night. Has good amenities with in-room kitchen, nice exercise and pool rooms and nice sitting area. Breakfast is good, but would be better with whole wheat carbs, more herbal teas and non-sugar yogurt.

I checked in last night. The thermostat and heater was not working. I complained three times to the front desk. She ignored my complaints. I could not sleep well. This morning the new front office person moved me to a new room. Thank you.
