This Dollar tree location deserves 0 star for customer service. The employees are rude Here. I wanted new balloons and the lady said all balloons are blown this morning and won't blow new blown. My child who has disability likes to get balloons that blown in front of him but she said no twice. This lady was Old cashier with short hair. Also, one time I came here 15 mins before closing and the doors were locked. The young lady at register saw me but didn't open the door. I believe the management is poor here that is why employees are rude and are overworked. I will not go to this Dollar tree. Palatine location by Jewel is much better.

I was going for one pan and came out with 20 more items than expected, kind of like Target but without spending hundreds. Store is well organized, clean, has friendly helpful staff and can find almost anything you're looking for so it's convenient to have only one place to get most of what you need- gas saver which is a plus with gas prices rising!!! Ohhh not to mention they have the cutest holiday decor for every occasion and even any party!

Register lady was not in a happy mood soon as I walked in and asked for balloons she said wait I'm bussy. If I did not need those balloons I would have just walked out and gone else where.. terrible customer service it's best to just go in get what you need pay and get out.
