I don’t think I ever wrote a review for when I had county. But it’s the reason I never want to go to a hospital again. Imagine your own doctor forgetting about you for hours. Then calling and admits he forgot about you.

They are clean and nice too people treat us like family and this place family ornated. My foot doctor here and my eye dr.works here some times and my nero doctor works here sometimes. These doctors are family ornated .from Katherine meid.

Prior my appointment nurses advised and given me an outline for my upcoming appointment. 6/10/2021 went Martinez Regional Hospital for my colonoscopy exam. Wnen I'm in G.I Surgery Department, nurses are very helpful the doctor is very friendly knowledgeable that made me calm down. Sorry, i forgot the doctor's name but he is amazing together with his crews. Ulysha Redic is very helpful even she is very busy the same with all the nurses in that Department. The hospital is very clean and well maintain the service is awesome during my visit. Thank you to all that gives their all i do appreciate all your hardwork, especially the doctor who perform the procedures. God blesses all your hearts.

Came into emergency room for a serious health problem. After a few hours I was released. I was told by er staff that my rx will be ready at my pharmacy when it opened. I went to pharmacy when it opened. They said they had nothing. So I called the number on the discharge I instructions. Of course it was the main hospital number. I got through to the er finally and was told by a woman named brandy that a mistake had been made. Because it was a controlled substance it couldn't be sent electronically. According to brandy I had to drive back to the hospital and pick up the hard copy of the rx. I drove back to the hospital and made it to brandy at the nurses station. I told her who I was and she said she needed to talk to the doctor again. I waited. She came back and said that because the attending physician I saw was off duty I would need to be readmitted to the hospital and be seen by another physician! Even though they had proof that I never received the prescription they still needed me to be seen again by another doctor because it was a controlled substance! And she said the doctor doesn't want a possibility of two prescriptions out there??? So I had to be totally readmitted. Blood pressure and oxygen taken. What are your allergies who to contact in emergency. Then I was sent into a triage room to wait for doctor number 2. An LVN came in to triage. Do you take any medications? Yes I said. What are they? I told him that the first doctor I saw in the er said she didn't need a list because they were all in the system because I was a john Muir system patient. I would have assumed he knew this. He said then the only medicines he had in his system was the one prescribed to me a few hours ago in the er! After I told him I didn't remember all of them he said well are you taking all of them as prescribed? I said yes. Dr #2 eventually comes in. He said "So what happened with your prescription?" I told him I wish I knew. Then Dr#2 said " I wish I knew" I then began reading him the beginning of this post. When I got to the part about because it was a controlled substance it couldn't be sent electronically I asked him if that was true. He said "Well on some yes others no. However on controlled substances we have to send them to the pharmacy electronically.!!!!! He went on about a flagging system in the electronic system that perhaps wasn't used...so now I'm discharged. Doc#2 said he will send the prescription over electronically and give me a hard copy. Just in case they didn't get the electronic one!!!

Any employment and human services Office should help you with that. I think every city has one. I live in Richmond but I go to the Hercules Office because they are super fast. In and out in 20 minutes or less.
