The people who work here are of incredibly low quality of character. They will act like they are trying to help you only to screw you over. Make sure you get everything from them in writing and keep all confirmation numbers. Make aure you have a paper trail!!

A few months ago we had a billing issue due to a problem with check we paid our bill with .There were incorrect numbers on our checks from vendor we purchased them from. Karen at the Moulton office identified the problem and fixed it promptly. Excellent Customer Service .

Every single MONTH I have a problem with their bill - paying portal!! It SUCKS!! All I want to do is PAY MY BILL!! Every month it’s a new website or a new portal or they require a new email or a new password or some other thing!! Ugh!! All I want to do is pay my bill and they make it so difficult every single month!! This is not FORT KNOX, if somebody wants to login to my account and pay my bill... let them!

Yes, nearly all potable water service south of Irvine is imported from the Colorado River and Northern California. However, Laguna Niguel is served by the Moulton Niguel Water District and Laguna Beach is largely served by its own Water District.
