Envision CDJR West Covina has the absolute best customer service. I was assisted right away and the people are genuine, eager to help and easy to work with. As a first time buyer, my saleswoman Cindy helped soothe me through the process of buying a brand new Jeep! I didn’t think it was possible considering my credit score and my ideal down payment amount but she’s very patient with me and determine for customer satisfaction, I highly recommend her as your salesperson. She has a warm smile and an extreme generosity in her service that made me comfortable. Easy and quick for my first time purchase experience. Amazing dealership!

I had gone to another dealer and I had a very terrible experience but my husband and I decided to go to this dealer and when I tell you they are the best they truly are. They got me approved for the Wagoneer series ll!! The process was extremely easy. Kevin and honestly everyone in the dealership has great customer service!!!! Not to mention they give you your contract on a USB adapter which I thought was super cool. Once again thank you so much for this great experience !!!!

Love the new management! This dealership is so much better than the other Jeep dealerships like Bravo and Puente Hills. I’ve been a Jeep customer for over a decade and always have problems with the other locations. I switched to Envision recently and they are simply the best. No games making appointments and definitely straight shooters on the phone considering I had a lot of questions before I made the drive. They are a bit out of the way for me but so worth it with all the time saved. I damaged my Cherokee pretty bad and they fixed it in such a short time for a fair price. The other dealerships wouldn’t even quote me before or give me an honest timeframe.

It was my boyfriend’s first purchase of a RAM car and wanted to get as specific to the details as possible. We went online, did our own research, read reviews, and drew up the specs of the exact model we wanted. We then went to CDJR and talked to Pavel and he worked with exactly what we wanted. No hard sales pitches- just hard facts. His honesty was much appreciated. Good humble guy. He explained the timeline to ordering, gave us some guidelines to look up for the specifics of the RAM line, and made everything fast and painless. The truck is everything my boyfriend wanted. The financing we did with Frankie who was awesome. Very happy with our experience

The service department is the worst. They took my car for 10 days, I called in every 2 days they said it was being worked on. After the date promised, They said the parts were not even ordered. The service department does not answer the phones

I thought that I was reading MY review...then I saw that it was Roberts review....and can't understand why I would have a car that needed to be in the service dept for a whole week when my jeep is a fairly new car its only a 2016 with 15,000 miles ??? I don't understand either Robert ...my car was to be fixed over night and it took 1 week ???
