What happened to Customer Service? I just went through the drive-through and had forgot to mention that I did not want the largest size drink even though that’s what you automatically get. So I asked the young lady to please make it a small and she rolled her eyes at me. When she brought me my small size, I tried to give her her straw back and she rolled her eyes at me again! Was it really asking too much? However the young man who brought my food to my car was very nice and said he’s already aware of her attitude. Otherwise, usually it’s a pretty good experience here.

Quick service but there really is no "dollar" menu anymore. Everything up in price. Not necessarily fault of the owner but McDonald's is STILL making billions! They could subsidize some of their proprietors instead of passing along any price increases!

Drive through was quick and easy, looks like they renovated this in the past few years. Has a nice outdoor area and inside was clean. The location is great for easy on and off if the 17 highway.

I went to the curbside pickup to order breakfast through the McDonald's app. My usual, two sausage egg McMuffins, two hash browns and a large orange juice. I had driven out of Phoenix for the day, headed for Sedona, and I wanted something to eat since lunch wouldn't be for some time. My order was quickly brought to my car, fresh and hot. I tend to prefer the curbside pickup because it's convenient to order via the app. My alternative preference is to go inside and use the self service kiosk.
