I came to this Post Office because the one in Monrovia happen to be closed! These folks are really friendly, patience and courteous! Why can't my Post Office in Arcadia be this good!

The staff here is super cool and has great customer service. I went to get a renewal passport for my daughter and Ms. Paula assited us. She was really nice and explaind the differnt fees varying from regular and expedite delivery.

The post office here is so efficient and friendly. I brought my own package to ship out and the worker told me if I put it in another one, it would be cheaper, so she saved me 6 dollars! Also, I sent a package from another post office around the same size and that one is getting there later than the one I sent here. Will definitely go here again.

The people who work here are very professional, competent, and friendly! I have found them to be extremely helpful, and also exhibit an excellent sense of humor. This Post Office branch seems to function very well.
