Never have to search for anything or anyone! They are more than adequately staffed, with knowledgeable, friendly and professional employees. I used to prefer bigbox stores because of lower price points, but it's only a few cents difference but the quality of the the staff and cleanliness of the store is far more valuable.

I love this hardware store. They have everything you need AND don't need haha. Plus the pet store connected to the hardware store is lovely. They have way more options for your pets vs any other pet store I've ever been to. I recommend everybody check it out!

I have seen no hiring signs at the store.
We do not have any cockatiels. Reptiles, fish, sometimes hamsters and chicks during the spring time. Thank you for asking!
I believe they do a quick call to them would tell you for sure it's a great store as little of anything you might need been shopping there for more the 20 yrs!
I have no idea about the price of any specific item. I have found, over a wide range of products, that the prices at Sebastopol Hardware are reasonable and fair most of the time, and are excellent value on the first Saturday of every month when virtually everything is on sale. On top of that SH is local and I get what I need in 5 minutes rather than having to drive into Santa Rosa. Their customer service is also excellent and they take back anything that is either defective or purchased in error.
