Not only did they mess up my order the cashier handled client and then went to the back and started handling ingredients with out gloves and didn't even bother washing her hands or have a hairnet on! 🤢

Never going to Pizza Hut again, not anywhere in the world, not here in EPTX, not here in the U.S. PIzza Huts in California charge an operating fee, no, I didn't get that charge this time. The pizza was tasteless. The Pan Super Supreme tasted like...cardboard. I asked for pepper and chesse, they just tap the sign on the wall that says 99 cents for cheese or pepper. It's not the 99 cents cheese pepper that upsets me, it's the fact that the Super Supreme tasted like the box it was in.

The whole delivery experience was horrible. I ordered my pizza 25 minutes later I get a text that the pizza is out for delivery. An hour goes by and I call to find out where is my pizza and they give 4 different addresses that have nothing to do with my address. I talk to a supervisor after that and they tell me that it should be their in 30 min. 40 minutes go by and I call back and they tell me that my pizza is still their and are just waiting for a delivery driver. I tell them I called you 40 minutes ago and you said it was en route and should be here soon and now your telling me it was never out for delivery?? To make a long story short my pizza arrived 2 hours later after I got the text that my pizza was out for delivery. Both my pizzas my pasta and my wings were cold!

The staff does not read/listen to notes on order. I frequently ask SPECIFICALLY "Equal cheese + sauce not dry." Every. Single. Time. Little to no sauce, incredibly dry. Manager "Raquel" always claims she makes she "personally makes the pizza" and "personally hands the box to the customer" so she says she does nothing wrong. Her pizzas are perfect. I can hear her phone clicking, she always gives me a number to a "regional manager" who asks me to text him a photo of the pizza, but I have a feeling it's her boyfriend so the complaints never go further than her
