Love this place. The staff are always nice. I just want to know why the staff cannot receive tips and I know they may not be paid well. Everyone works hard to provide good quality products and service.

Food city is our neighborhood store, the store is clean, organized and the staff is friendly. We visit Food City almost every day and never had any problems, the only thing that they need to work on is the bakery / kitchen sections, the waiting is horrible. They should have one employee dedicated to help customers that are getting only bread.
