There are good and bad things about living here. Good: Nice people and the surrounding area is lovely with the mountains and little shopping area. Bad: Very very dark and small. Some residents did not mind the dark colors. But.....biggest nightmare was living off the Ortega. Again, it's all in the location of the apartment. Most people who lived in the extremely noisy apartments (constant trucks, cars and motorcycles) have left (me) or were placed in a quieter location in the building. So if you are hard of hearing.....No problem! The rent went up around 100.00 so be prepared for a rent increase every year! It's a very nice new and upcoming area so rents will continue to rise in relation to the area. Help that helps.
