🏆I just visited Hannah Banna. As a business owner I really appreciate to be greeted as I enter an establishment. Most of all I greatly appreciate Eric for his wonderful customer service! Thank you Eric and staff for making my Friday evening snack an enjoyable experience! Definitely recommend this location for your sweet tooth, crapes and everything on the menu is delicious! Very clean environment! 😋🏅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The desserts are good, but lately the wait time is extremely long and the orders have been wrong. The drive through menu is hardly visible if it’s dark, and the menus online are not the same. So ordering gets difficult unless you order often or inside. Today my total time in the drive through was 53 minutes. I was ready to leave by the 30 mark but couldn’t get out anymore. I put in my order, it was repeated, and had it repeated again at the window before being charged. So I get my one crepe and drive off after the long wait time. I made the mistake of not checking my order because I was so ready to leave, that I didn’t realize until I was home that my order was completely wrong. Correction, the crepe and whipped cream were correct, but everything else was wrong. Picture of what was ordered and what was received for proof.

I frequent this particular location and had planned on doing so for the remainder of my time here in El Paso. Unfortunately I had the worst customer service experience here and will not be returning. I ordered the #2 which comes with cheese and icecream. I decided to add brownies thos time around. After paying an additional $3 for the brownie(not the issue), I left the drive thru and went home to enjoy my weekly treat. Only half way through I realized there was no cheesecake in my order. Went back to the store and presented my receipt. I was ask if I would like it remade of if I wanted a refund. I had the crepe remade. Once it was done after I waited for like 10mins, I was only give my dessert. Not Once did anyone apologize for inconvienicing a paying customer.

Delicious crepes! Fast and friendly service! We started with the savory ham crepe that was tasty. We finished off with a sweet crepe with Nutella, vanilla ice cream, strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream! It was absolutely delicious! Only thing is I wish they had a high chair in the seating area.
