I don't like giving bad reviews, but after the letdown.... if you look close, you'll see greasy menu covers and greasy table tops. Shrimp tacos, well since they had lots of shrimps, I'll give 4 out of five stars. The misses had beef tacos. The taste of the food there was lacking. If you've been to Oaxaca or great Mexican food place, you'd never go back to Chachis. The rice and salsas were good though and a nice helping of guacamole. Staff was top notch.

Excellent fresh bold spicy red salsa. Most Mexican restaurants don't offer this level of authentic spice. Excellent affordable prices and generous portions. Good fast service and easy parking. Hatch New Mexico a nearby town is famous for its salsa and has an annual festival.
