I have always had great service here. If you greet with a smile you will be greeted with a smile in return! Lines can be long but they do a very good job of taking care of each guest. Patience is a virtue.

I've lived in La Habra for almost 30 years and this USPS facility is an absolute joke. The carriers constantly lose my mail, the people inside the facility are rude/on a massive power trip, and there's absolutely no help when attempting to retrieve my lost mail. I highly recommend going to the facility on La Habra Blvd next to city hall. This facility (next to Boston Donuts) should have been closed down or restructured at least ten years ago - I absolutely dread even stepping into the building. I would rather pay all premiums on my items than even deal with this facility and their awful carriers. In fact, I would rather walk barefoot on broken bottles than ever deal with this facility ever again.

This spot needs a lot of improving. Lost package or misplace or given away. What ever the case is, and for them to be dismissal there is nothing we can do. Well that would of been real nice to know 2 weeks ago. Had me go 3 times and then they said we will call you back on a update. I did that and whole week when by, like really? Come on now 2nd week I had to be on it for them just say sorry there is nothing we can do.
