First time in store, needing 6 yards of black trim. Will never be back!! The check out lady gave horrible customer service!! I found a package that wasn’t open still had plastic wrapping around it. Go to check out to buy it. Get up there and am told where is my cut ticket. I said what I’ve never been in here I need the whole 6 yards. Well it’s policy you need the cut ticket. I said again this is my first time in the store I have no idea what your talking about. She points to somewhere like somewhere like I’m suppose to know what to do. Will never be back knowing that they expect new customers to know how there policy work. Lady maybe in her late 20s with short brown hair, heavier set needs to learn how to explain a how things work and not expect new customer to know. Horrible customer service!!! Pointing is not a good way to inform what I need to do. She completely embarrassed me with how she treated me. I’m not stupid , just was a first time customer, and won’t ever be back.

I really like Joann fabrics I used to go there with my mom before she passed away she loved that place I was just there it's a little bit run down from the old days but you'll still find everything you need for your fabric and crafts needs.

Worst experience ever!! I had placed an order online early in the day. Never got an email confirming the order was ready. Contacted the store an hour before close. Was told there was only 2 of them there. I could come pull my own order if I needed it that day! I went in to do so... Literally, there was not ONE thing on the shelf from my order. Even though online it showed it was " In stock" in store! My order was paid! I went to the cashier and told him. He had the nonchalant attitude of " oh its because everyone just comes in and STEALS what they want!" I said I find it hard to believe they could have stolen over $100 worth of beads, some were x6 of one type... He said "oh yes, they just come in and stock up!" I asked him what happened to security and shoplifting control? He just shrugged his shoulders... I was totally taken aback by this whole experience! I had to leave and go to Michael's!!!! I usually order all my supplies online! However, I had a child in the Hospital and needed something ASAP.. NO time to do anything but buy local...
