Here at Burger King in Tracy in the drive thru thinking that I'm gonna get my food fast and I've been in the drive-through for at least 20 minutes need to work on staff to go faster and have enough cooks mabe its management not schedule enough employees need to fix it

Man. I usually rate burger kings just average but this one was kinda sad. There was a line for burger King but it seems to be just slow service at the drive thru. Took me like 10 minutes to go through the whole thing. I ordered a milkshake and a bacon cheese burger. They gave me my milkshake first. After 5 minutes they gave me my burger. They're probably short staffed but yeah. There were 3 people at the window helping me for some reason. The food tasted like normal burger king so just expect that. I'm more reviewing the service than anything.

Never go to this burger King location. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They refuse to answer some questions and ignore people at the drive through. I know these are hard times and people can be rough . But there needs to be a sense of customers service and not just brash rudeness. Im sorry but this staff needs to be retrained in basic if customers comuncation and customer service .

Sad limp cold fries not even cooked all the way, rotten lettuce, lukewarm burger at best. Second time at this location and both times were absolutely trash. It's been about 8 months since my first visit so thought I would try again as it's a busy day and the kid's rarely eat out anywhere. 2 kid's meals and regular meals for a grand total of wasted $40. Embarrassing even for fast food🤦‍♂️📉📉📉📉📉 Oh I forgot no lemonade or chocolate milk.. Burger King should literally shut this location down to save face or at least have a health inspector take a look.
