First, I love Burger King in general. But my experience at this location was not great. I went through the drive through for a large diet coke. The one person in front of me got their food within a minute of me pulling up behind them at the window. But then I sat at the window for at least five minutes (no exaggeration) before the guy came over and realized I was only waiting on a soda. He was very nice and apologized, and if I had then gotten my diet coke, I wouldn't be writing this. He did immediately bring me a soda, but it wasn't till I had driven away that I realized it was regular coke, which I can't drink. So overall it was real disappointing.

The staff including the managers (2) seemed preoccupied. It even seemed like that we were interrupting something in back of the restaurant. The dining room had 2 other people inside. So it's not like it was a slammed every seat taken place.

Had to ask twice for drink carrier, and ketchup. I ordered my meal with no Mayo or onion. The receipt even specified, but when we got home it was literally smothered with both onion and Mayo. I may skip it for a while

The people were okay but they forgot part of my order. Luckily I realized it before I left. The food was good and fresh though
