We have been with Aaron's office for years! Always been happy with their service. My home insurance went a lot this year with Sate Farm back in February. We wanted to find a way not to switch to another company. Aaron and Yen worked to lower our premium by adjusting coverage and deductible. I'm writing because in July we had a claim on the home, two cars collided in front of our house and one car damaged our gate and the front of our house. Wow! State Farm claims and Aaron's office were great. The process was confusing and anxious but Yen was able to guide us through all of our questions, big and small! I must have dropped by the office 10+ times to drop of documents and estimates for her to scan in. They are busy but always make time for me. I will never switch from this company but more so Aaron's office! You do get what you pay for.

Once the claim is set up, claims will work with you through the process. Along the way, if you need help submitting documents, you can send the documents to us. We at the agency can help answer what if questions “prior” to you putting in a claim. We are great at coverage questions or “what if” questions. And during the claim, we will be there to manage the claim if there’s confusion, or frustrations in dealing with different parties: other insurance companies, body shops, contractors... A claim can go 1000 different directions and with our agency, we have over 18 years of insurance industry experience!
