This is the only place I bring my vehicles to get serviced. The staff are friendly. One staff member by the name of Carlos has great customer service skills. He's respectful and is very well mannered. I appreciate the work they do on my vehicles. I've never had any problems there. I recommend taking your vehicle to these guys.

Came to this store to get a oil change on my company car and guy name Brian Hon was so disrespect and unprofessional. Ask me what the account name was for the service I told him and he couldn't find the information. So he get upset and starts calling me out my name disrespecting me and tells me I need to leave the store..

I scheduled an appointment online 2 days ago. It took me 45 minutes to get here after work to find out the doors are locked. When I called, he said sorry my guys are gone by this time and I tried to call you today. He never even left a message to tell me. I would have checked my voicemails but I don’t have a single voicemail from today. I work all day and am too busy to answer my phone. A voicemail would have made all the difference. He could have called me anytime between then and now and left a voicemail. Disappointing to say the least.

I came here with a flat tire. I was told that the tire was not repairable. The tech and cashier proceeded to have a conversation in "Spanish" thinking that I would not understand them. They chuckled about how I had no choice but to buy the "only" tire they had in stock for my car. and how the "blondie" could afford it!
