Is the 10 percent max rent increase still in effect?? I just received a increase of 14 percent.

The housing authority does not control the rent prices..the owners have a specific range they have to follow..they can only increase so much...sorry i just realized i didnt really answer your question, im not sure about that..

Has the results of the housing lottery been mail out to those listed?

No.. I was told at the end of this month

I am already living in a duplex and the landlord raised the rent. She will accept Section 8, she has previously for another tenant and I have been here for 30 years. Can i get a voucher?

Sadly the laws have all changed. Now you have once a year to apply for lottery of "winning" section 8(500 applicants to be chosen). You just missed the month of July to have applied. It won't reopen until next July, 2020, I believe.
