I ordered a grilled cheese. I got two slices of toast barely toasted with no butter and a hunk of fake American cheese barely melted. I ordered a bowl of homemade style chicken noodle soup. It was cold. After they heated it I tasted what was exactly like Progresso soup. It looked exactly like Progresso. I was furious. Worst experience in a long time at a restaurant.

I love their food! I love their service. There is one thing I will say that I don't appreciate and that is that they cut their normal amount of salad dressing in half. They serve the dressing in half sized little containers now and then only fill that half way. They should go back to the whole size containers.. just saying. Otherwise, it's great!

I am usually a big fan of Panera but this visit was disappointing. My chicken salad sandwich had the tiniest little dollop of salad. There was as much tomato as salad. But the worst part was the chicken and rice soup was only warm and began to thin out almost immediately. I l left almost half behind. Probably will move over to Jason's Deli for a while.

The perfect lunch stop on a road trip. We ordered from a kiosk and food for all three of us was ready in 5 minutes. The only hiccup was that our two salads didn’t have dressing included, but that was easily remedied. Everything was fresh and tasty.
