I bought a 4k puff space bar that died on the first 20 puffs and they wouldn't exchange it same day with receipt. I will continue to go to oasis. Better prices and exchanges within 24 hours. I'm sorry but I would have had to pass it around a party to even get close to killing it same day.

So when you walk into a business and do not say one word and employee looks at you and immediately says "I'm pretty sure your not welcome here". Discrimination!!! Because she does not like me. Never been told I was not welcome there. Plus I had been there 3 other times since the last time she my cashier in this shop and never told me I wasn't welcomed back. She refused me service. I asked why she said because I gave her attitude the last time I was there about an item. Even though I paid for a second one. She told me that's what I had to do instead of exchanging the item that was defective. I paid for the item again. After she told me I was not allowed there the security guard who would not give his name to me put his hands on me pulling me to the door. Hello Covid-19!!!! He had no mask on none of the employees have mask And did not wipe counters between customer's. I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER I WILL BE CONTACT SUN PLAZA.
