So I went in for a vehicle inspection driving my car to Firestone never had transportation problem , they gave me a list of things I should replace but what caught my eye was the bromen CV Axel, I told them to go ahead and replace that part, they had the vehicle till the next day they called saying they tried everything they can and that the car is undrivable. I was expected to pay labor and towing for making my car undrivable, and my old parts were already thrown out I wasn't even asked. I didn't end up paying labor and towing but I should been the one that was paid for my car being destroyed. Car still useless now, Hope it isn't to late for them to redeem themselves and fix the problem, The customer service was good tho. (This was at the Menaul Blvd location).
