I cant say enough good things about G&G Granite! There were problems with the product I ordered (NOT G&G's fault) but they handled it amazingly. They had to take out our kitchen island twice, which wasn't easy, because Gagik wanted to make it to be perfect, not something you hear about in the construction world. Our guest bathroom and kids bathroom came out beautifully, the countertops are perfect! Personable, clean and hardworking... all things you want when having a company come into your home! I will call on them again when we redo our master bathroom.

This company wasn't willing to bid on my project. It was a small project and I was willing to overpay for the work because I was asking for so little. Within 3 minutes of my request for an estimate they responded that they weren't interested in the work. It is funny that the reviews on Google almost uniformly cite great customer service. If they're not interested in even bidding for a new potential client, I wonder how good the service would be after you've placed a materials deposit with them.

Thanks for the question, we do not allow "walk-ins." Once a "project estimate," is received that was submitted through our Free Estimate submission page on our website, we will reply. If we bid on the project, and it goes forward, from there, a "Sample view appointment," can be requested at our facility; then a "masked" single appointment." would be given. At installation all crew wear mask at the project location. We hope this answers your question.
