Extremely upset that all of these rest stops are closed along the 80 corridor!!! We just needed somewhere safe to pull our trailer off the freeway to sleep for a couple hours... there is no reason fir them to close the parking lots... we didn’t need to use the facilities if that’s what they felt they needed to close but don’t block off the parking for safe pull off areas for tired travelers, especially when you are closing several rest areas in a row along a major route. Very disappointed and very tired😴😫

A nice quiet middle of nowhere rest stop with a little bit of history to it. The history and nowhereness made me no more so much wish I didn't need this restroom stop.

It is a nice and spacy rest area to stop and get oneself relaxed for a while. Also, good to learn about the historical background of Californian Trial as well as the construction history of Interstate 80 from those plates placed at the site.

Ok reststop. A little older and needs some grass. Bathrooms are pretty outdated. But the kids loved climbing around the picnic area. All in all, if you need. Place to stop and use the restroom, this serves the purpose. The historical info was cool.
