Just had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership at Tonkin Subaru. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff were friendly, helpful, present and nonjudgmental. They clearly explained what work had been done and were not pushy either when they recommended or when I turned down additional services. 8 months pregnant at the time of the service and I was fully expecting to have to fight off manipulative sales tactics or demeaning behavior and instead I was treated royally and walked out with a discount and my services taken care of in under an hour. I would absolutely come here over and over again.

After two days of having my car, they fixed none of the problems I was having and tried to tell me it would be may before they could get the part. Not only that, when i received it back, they didn't reconnect a few sensor (oil level sensor) and gave it back with low tire pressure lights on(which they weren't prior to going) . I left, went over to the gas station, reconnected the sensor after checking my oil, but the level was acceptable and filled 3 of my tires. Drove my car home with the original problems, and my mechanic should have it fixed for around 10% what they quoted and about 1 week turnaround. Shame on you subaru dealer of the Dalles, Oregon. Careful whom you have look at your vehicle...... certified....... crooks!
