Came in during the dinner hour when one would think they were well staffed, and they did apear to be well staffed. I saw at least seven people working. Despite there being no one in line in front of me it took several minutes for anyone to ask if I needed anything. I then still had to wait for someone to come take my order. The food seemed ok, but the biscuits were stale. Despite eating in I was not given a plate. I was given a to go box. The server gave me zero napkins despite filling others to go boxes with such. Service really sucked.

Just off everytime. I never get the dipping sauce I request. Today, I ordered a 5pc tender which normal was under 10 bucks but its now over 11 bucks and they only gave me 3 tenders. I like the food but its hard to like the service.

The chicken I got at the West View location was the worst 43 dollars I've ever spent. The chicken was dry--maybe was on the warming tray too long. Do not go to this location!! The employees don't sèem to care about preparing a good product foforcompany
