Their posted store hours say they close at 8. But, these store employees are so rude that if you show up at 7:40 and they see you walking towards the door they will run to the door and lock it right before you walk in. On Sunday, June 26th the 2 women working at the time saw me walking to the door ***20 minutes*** before the posted close time and locked the doors so that I couldn’t enter and make my purchase. I sat in my car for the next 20 minutes trying to get ahold of somebody to open the door for me, and I watched them just standing there on their cell phones not working at all. They kept picking up the store phone and just hanging it right up immediately. They waited until 8:02 to finally pick up the phone after I called 15 times starting at 7:40 and the woman *rudely* said “welcome to dollar tree unfortunately WE ARE CLOSED” and hung up the phone before I could even say anything about them locking the doors and not letting me in. I am an understanding person and I understand many places are short-staffed, but I was treated very rudely and feel I’ve been discriminated against because of my disability, since they saw me and ran up to lock the doors. I cannot run so of course they beat me to it. I assume they probably just did not want to deal with me being “slow”, even though there was a solid 20 minutes before close and I would’ve been in and out of there in 5. They ignored my phone calls until after 8 because they did not want to let me in the store, assumingly because of how I look. I will be making a report Monday morning when the customer service lines open up, and making a discrimination complaint. We should all be treated EQUALLY regardless of our differences or what we look like !!!!

I am a huge fan of this store. No shame in being a Dolla Tree shopper. I get what I need quick and cheap. There is this lovely lady named Mary who is beyond polite. Shes so helpful and kind. I always cross my fingers when I park - hoping Mary is my cashier.

I checked out with a big order cause I sell things online for retail arbitrage. And the worker seemed annoyed and complained about my order to another worker right in front of me. Said she needed a break after my order since it was too much. Not very good customer service and not very friendly.

Glad they had the items I needed but all 3 staff members complained about everything the entire time I was there. I could hear them from the farthest aisles and back wall. This has been a common occurrence every time I have been there. A Manager should know better than to engage in the conversation and/or allow it. Manager did point me in the exact correct area for the items I needed. Which was nice, because the store in Crafton at Noble Manor, staff just pointed and after looking three times myself left. No one was at the cash registers. Staff then quickly began texting.
