Went to this location at 1 pm and waiting in line for 10 mins just to be told that they ran out of boba. I see in the previous reviews that this happens a lot I would let that slide but there was a rude worker there. A girl with short bleached hair . Was "bossing" the girl with red hair around she looked very annoyed . All 3 of the workers looked like they didn't want to be there . I left and went back at 6pm and ordered my drink with boba . And when I went to pay with cash now this time the red haired girl said with attitude "you don't have card?" And I said no all I have is cash . And she gave attitude and said "well I dont have any money" . She still ended up taking my money and giving me change . This place needs to teach their workers how to still have good customer service even under pressure. All of them were on their phones and eating behind the counter . I will go again for the boba but would like to not get the attitude every time I go .

Disappointed... Went there around 8:50 and they were closed. The girls were mopping and cleaning getting ready to leave. And throughout the window they told us they were close... Bad!!! We decided to go to boba king and we got there at 8:55. Guess what ? They were super nice and took our order while they told their machine was broken !!.so they were going to take a little longer... But they were super fast!!.Wow!! That's great service unlike "no.1 boba ". Or not no.1 boba. Not a great first experience. You need to hire people that wants to work and care about your Business. I guess something is not right with management. $$$

Best Boba place in town great customer service and the brown skinned girl makes the most perfect drinks yessss the best!!! I come here 3-4 times a week so my employees can enjoy some great drinks after work .. she’s such a great worker and she always pays attention to making every order correct and also very friendly and I love that she is bilingual .. very helpful to the Spanish speaking community.

The worst location for boba in town. They're always closed in the afternoon, and they closed hours earlier than what is listed on their door. I've gone at 6 after work, and they have been closed when before I've gone in at a later time. If they're not closed, they can only do 2 cups or non because they are out of boba, ice, or lids. Not once have I gone in here and haven't heard that they can't make more than a curtain amount because they're out of something. And it always feels like it's the hardest job in the world to take your order; they just stand there like they're completely done with you. The owner should really consider training their staff. This place used to be good even during and after the whole covid thing, up until recent months.
