I've had three packages be delivered in 9 months. They put it in the parcel locker and each time somehow forget to leave the key in my mailbox so I can open the locker, deliveries to the wrong address, lockers that do not open. Continue to show why they should be closed. The level of stupidity at the USPS has no bounds.

Because my official post office is farther away, I come to fullerton to drop off my outgoing packages. The lines are never long, and when they are there are enough tellers for the line to shorten quickly. The tellers are super nice! The man with glasses offered me a chocolate once, and has complimented my Batman shirt. Even shipping internationally is easy after it was kindly explained to me. When the office itself is not open, there is a machine in the other room for easy self-service!

This location is always so helpful. They always offer better solutions and even the gentleman who cleans up in the morning and at night and opens the doors is a great guy. They always have plenty of supplies. The workers always have a good attitude. I am thoroughly pleased with this location. And yes sometimes I have to wait in line, but the staff knows what they’re doing so they’re going to get through the line as fast as is possible.

APPLY for passport, no appt. There is a waiting period once your application is submitted
$60 ish for the smallest per year rental. You may be able to get an extra month with a new application. The rates differ between the stations. I think only main office on Chapman has a 24hr lobby, some offices lock the doors for the overnight so check before you rent. Current ID, proof of your residence ( elec bill, rent/mortg agree.) you don't have to live in the same city. Each adult you want to recvd mail at the po box must be present with ID or docs that give you auth to manage them ie Power of attny, death cert Check first, application at the office. I think you can download at USPS.com print and bring in person to office. Be sure to check lobby hours and access 24hrs if you need that
Typically NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Encouraged to get forms online, at IRS office in the county, tax prep office sometimes can provide for a fee. Local library can help with the printing of forms

Sorry it has been over a year. If this happens again. Visit the post office that serves your old address, be sure they gave your coa in the system. Then visit the post office that serves your new address. Be sure there is no impediments to recvieving your mail. (Dog, mail box key,no mail box,full mail box)
