They never get the order right, somethings always missing, it always take forever to get your food and their food handling is disgusting. I waited 7 minutes to be seen at the front counter one day as i watched the 3 person crew struggle to get food out. The fry cook, bless his heart, wore gloves, i watched him touch and lean on many surfces, scratch his face touch his glasses wipe his gloved hands on his shirt, he even took my order with them on and proceeded to grab fries from the bag to drop in the fryer. I politely asked him to change his gloves and explained what i saw. He was apologetic and he seemed to understand. The older gentleman cooking apologized for the long wait and explained they have noone else to work there. I knew i should have checked my bag but when i got where i was going, my tacos were missing. Always something with that place. Fife jack in the box, you are really in need of a crew makover and training in safe food handling practices.

I went here the other day and literally there was only one person working. Now I don't know what happened to everybody else if they called out they were sick or whatnot but there was one guy working. And I'd have to give that guy props because even though he couldn't open the register or take cash he can still do mobile payments and there was about four or five people waiting to get their food but he got it that man needs a raise

DONT BUY/ GO TO THIS STORE This is legitimately the worst Jack-in-the-Box I’ve ever been to me and my family use the Jack in the Box app because it takes 10 times longer if you order at the drive-through this is the second time I have shown up and they refused to give me my order because it was not on their screen even though I showed them proof that I ordered, it went through, and the money was taken out of my account. But yet again no food was given to me. Almost $100 dollars stolen from my family and it was never given back😡

They were ok. A little work could be done in the friendliness of the staff. I found them q little rude. They were a little unorganized and had to bring our order out to us but the service wasn't so bad that I wouldn't go there againHi Julia, we're disappointed to hear about your experience.
