A girl named Akira cut my hair. I asked for her to keep the length below my shoulders and I ended up with a very short bob- a couple inches above my shoulders. One side was about 1/2 in. longer than the other and the cuts were jagged and uneven in places. She parted my hair in the middle for the cut, even though she knew I normally part it on the side which is why I think it was uneven. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. I’ve gone here many times before and I have never had problems. I would recommend requesting someone else if you are given her.

I told the lady cutting my hair what I wanted and she did the exact opposite. She cut half of my mullet off before I stopped her. She didn’t even blend it or anything. I would expect this kind of haircut from a student, not someone with 5+ years experience. Extremely dissatisfied.

I got my hair cut two months ago. I was doubled charged on my gift card I received for Christmas. They took my name and number and promised to get back with me to get my card reloaded with the correct balance. I have returned two times since then and have been promised the manager had my number. It has been over two months and nothing. maybe I should file a police report since they stole my money. Stay away from the North Logan location
