I have gone to Gardiner ME Dunkin donuts several different times and I can honestly say this is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to in the state of Maine. Their coffee is always disgusting. They don't know how to read what you request for stuff in your coffee. Each time I have been here they have messed my coffee up and the coffee taste horrible. The customer service can be terrible too, depending on who's working.

The line moves fast. My order is always correct. My feedback is they don't put enough ice in the iced coffee.

While traveling thru on a rainy day on the motorcycle we needed to stop for a hot coffee to warm up . Clearly they were short staffed and pushed to the limit ( when I thanked 1 of the employees she had tears in her eyes from exhaustion). The lobby was full. Things weren’t printing out the way they should . No one had had a break since opening yet still the talk was positive with someone staying late and 1 saying we need to keep the lobby open because they really need the job. The customers were awesome and patient. Just a reminder to thank and appreciate the people that are trying so hard in this crazy world!

What an absolute disappointment that after so many negative reviews that the owners still allow the same horrible and inept service to continue. We just spent 15 minutes trying to to get 3 drinks and after many attempts to get a mocha latte no whip, we just canceled the order. The crew loudly and with the window open, complained about us. Again, it was a simple order yet they could not get it right AND THEN when we asked to have the drink refunded so that we wouldn't continue to hold up the line behind us, they have us the money back in quarters. This seems to to be the standard for this particular DD.
