I had a VERY VERY BAD AND HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE HERE!!! First off they took my crab leg plate because supposedly it is dinner time when it was burly 2 pm and because I didn’t want to pay extra money they took my plate when I had already picked on my plate and was eating very peaceful!!! SERVICE IS REALLY BAD THEY ARE SO RUDE!!! and to finish it off their was a hair in my plate!!!! Never coming back here again I felt like I was being stepped on they didn’t care when they took my plate!!!

It's a hit or miss restaurant, we got a cracked cup and the food was like a hit or miss either you liked it or wanted something different The waitress was ok Not a good place for a special occasion.

Me and my husband enjoyed the food. This restaurant is overly crowded. So I wouldn’t recommend to those who doesn’t like to eat in this type of chaos. But the food was good. Definitely would go there again!

Yes of course you are right
Much can be questioned regarding the quality of their food, or lack of, and the sanitary conditions of their kitchen. The food court and their dining areas are a mess, food all over the floor, the carpet looks grimey. First impressions are big in my book, they failed to attract me
That's true. But they have tried being more clean and ther good ratings should count for something to.
If they charge a tip
It is normal in times of pandemic, it may not be the best, but it is seen that they are trying to take the good service and variety of dishes that they had before the pandemic, and it is still my favorite place, YOU HAVE TO SUPPORT !!!
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience, they tell you how many times you serve yourself and then they charge you as if it were dinner instead of regular lunch, I really do not recommend it very bad experience, hello that's why it's a buffet !!!

It's late after 9 pm but L.A. county has temporarily restricted it and all restaurants to take out only for 3 weeks. Not outside dining in the parking lot anymore.
