We just got a 2 month old cutiest Yorkie Terrier pup and named her Abby after my 5 year old middle name Abigail. This pet store is fun and has lots of stuff for all domestic animals. The workers are very friendly and very very helpful. Sorry I forgot their names. The rewards are very rewarding the app is very helpful! Thanks PetSmart

Poor care and poor equipment meant it was an uphill battle keeping pets alive to be sold. One of the poor beardies escaped and got trapped behind a faulty enclosure and passed.

I went here to have my dog groomed and had experienced the WORSE AND MOST RUDE customer service from their stylist, KYLIE V. I asked for my fur baby to have a short haircut initially but she keeps using stylist terminology without properly explaining what it means for my dog's hair. Always complaining about how whatever I ask her to do, it will damage my dogs hair. Which scared me but at the same time wasn't confident in her advice as she made me feel as if she just didn't want to service my dog. When I didn't like the haircut she did for my baby, she already took off for the day before I was even able to discuss about my dog's cut so that we can make corrections right away. Her nice co-worker rebooked me one week after for a redo as they guaranteed a two week redo for free. When I came back- I have not even taken three steps inside the salon and she already asked me rudely if I was the redo appointment as if I had no name and so does my dog. She asked me again what I wanted and thought was done, when I told her that I only ask for it to be shorter like I asked for to begin with, she already interrupts me before I am even able to fully explain my preference. She wanted me to pay for the redo because she claims that I am asking for a completely different style which was INCORRECT. Upon rudely going back and forth with me, she threatened me by saying "you know I can refuse my service to anyone" as if I was an inconvenience, she called her manager, Marcus in to advise me that either I pay for the service again or I get my money back but can no longer come back. With that type of service, no one would ever want to come back! I Thus asking for a refund instead , When he (Marcus) rang me to the register for the refund, he saw my receipt and realized I DID pay and ask for full haircut like Kylie denies in the beginning and apologized for their stylist's attitude and misunderstanding. He then recommends me to another stylist at Petsmart that he also trusts with his own pet which made me feel at ease. He was able to gain my trust back with the company (NOT WITH THE STYLIST, KYLIE) and still give me the rightful refund I deserved as she did not do anything with my dog. THANK YOU MARCUS FOR TURNING THIS WORSE EXPERIENCE TO A BETTER ONE AT LEAST. Kylie needs customer service training or just not work as a groomer at all. CUSTOMERS PAY FOR THE SERVICE NOT YOUR EGO.

The grooming salon always does a great job of asking details about how I want my dog groomed so her haircut and nail trim turn out just the way I want them. Prices are reasonable and they book appointments ahead of time with reminders.

While pet stores do tend to house a lot of animals together that shouldn't be, I do think mice are fine together.
I am not sure about the prescription Royal canine dog food I think they have broil Canaan dog food but I think prescription you would have to get it from the vet
Small selection with bearded dragons, leopard geckos, and a sometimes decent snake selection. From time to time, they also stock turtles.
