What a great place!!! Staff are professional, knowledgeable, caring and fast. I'll be going here for all my future medical needs. It's nice to have a physician who looks you in the eyes and listens to your every word! Diagnosed my issue and prescribed my treatment all within 45 minutes. So happy I found them!!!

We went to Stat+MD because they were the only place I could get a COVID test on Sunday for my daughter and myself, so we just went for a COVID test. We waited all day Monday for results. Then today (Tuesday) rolled around, and I got a call from their office. They shared that our tests were left out in a basket all Sunday night, and weren't able to be sent to the lab. Why it took until Tuesday to inform me of this, I have no idea. They asked me to come back, but their office is very inconvenient, and I only went because they had the only Sunday opening. After I got off the phone, I realized that I didn't want my insurance billed for my "visit," so I called back and asked if our insurance would be billed for mine and my daughter's visit. They said they would have the manager call me back. I never received the call. Mistakes are mistakes, and I would probably give a couple more stars if I had received a call back, but in addition to mistakes, it feels like they aren't really concerned with the patient experience. I wouldn't have come to leave a review at all, but they kept sending me "please review us," emails.

I am so beyond grateful for the staff at this location. I've been in twice in the past 3 weeks with my son...strep, then stitches! We were lucky to have Andrea both times. She is amazing!! She was so gentle with my terrified son each visit. She explained exactly what she was doing so he didn't have any surprises. We've been in many times since this location opened and have had a great experience every single time!! Thank you so much, Stat MD for what you do!

I went in and they were immediately sweet to me, I’m 18 so this was my first time going to a doctor without a parent but anything I didn’t understand they just explained. Lauren Layton took care of me, and she was so quick and sweet. I went in for a covid test and expected it to be just as painful as my last one but she did it so gently so I would definitely go again. I have trouble visiting doctors and this made me feel quite a bit less overwhelmed by the whole process
