First time there, tried to use tanning bed but it only set for 2 minutes, when I went to get the person working the front desk to fix it, he had to walk me back there to put in a code but then didnt know the code, I waited for more than 10 min while he went to ask someone but then was just chit chatting with another guy out working. Didn’t bother to say anything as I walked out right next to him. Saturday at 5:40pm, no idea what his name was. Two stars because it looked clean.

Friendly staff. Very clean environment and lots of equipment. I've belonged to a lot of fitness clubs and this one is working hard to be one of the best. Highly recommended if you don't need free Olympic iron for the big lifts. They're not allowed here. But I have a cage and Olympic set up at home so I don't miss it. Great atmosphere to get started on your fitness journey.

I love the night guy he's awesome, but I joined because they are 24 hours but there only 24 hours twice a week.

The amenities and equipment are never properly maintained. The massage beds are currently out of order and only one hydro massage lounger is operating there are several of the machines for workouts none functional ie. Row machines are down,several tredmills are out of order as well as 3 or more Alypticals there is no reason. This is unacceptable. I pay monthly to have a clean and fully functional gym to use.. amenities included.. and yet the money to have equipment repaired isn't being used.. Management needs to get on point and start doing their job. This has been an ongoing Issue for several weeks I am fed up. You can take my money without hesitation but don't provide the services advertised?
