I don't eat here all that often, but when I do I always get the ultimate porker unwich. Food has always been fresh and assembled with care compared to typical fast food joints. Workers have pretty much all been friendly as well.

We had a big snow storm and my order was cancelled, this Jimmy Johns went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and even offered to bring me the same order a different day. I am very impressed by this gesture, the manager, and the owner.

I ordered two hoagies online from this location. I received two sandwiches on rye seeded bread. Food was awful and not at all what I paid for. I will never order from here again.

Placed a delivery order for over $40 online, after an hour wait I tried calling the store 4 times with no answer. I drove to the store and our food is still sitting in a box on the counter. After the person in charge looked at it, he says, oh, it was just about to go out. I don't believe it was "just leaving" I then asked him why no one was answering the phone and he said that they are really busy. I understand being busy, but not answering the phone, not letting customers know that their food will be there in an hour or so ( Our office is 7 blocks away) is not the way to run a business.
