Stylist who did my hair required me to pull up a YouTube video on how to perform what I wanted (Hollywood vintage curls). My request was not achieved, and I felt like I ended up with a hairstyle that was something that I could have done myself and a waste of $90. The Ulta brochure explains the different possibilities for a formal hairstyle (Hollywood curls were mentioned in their brochure), and I wish the stylist was able to provide something that I was happy with. Makeup artist did a fair job, the time frame allotted and provided to me ahead of time took longer than expected, likely due to the fact that the hair stylist ran late. I had to rush out due to time constraints. Poor overall experience. I would not recommend unless you personally know the stylist.

Every time I come to this store I get people following me around. So ridiculous! They need to do better at this store. Sephora is not any better. These cosmetics stores just need to do better.

I've been to this ULTA several times, the customer service need a lot of improvement. The staff would benefit from a class or a work shop to help them greet and ask customers if they need help finding anything. This review is based on multiple visits to this location. I much rather drive 30 min out of my way.
